They keep packaging minimal, yet everything arrives safe and sound. If you have any queries about the products you purchased, they’re more than willing to help. They maintain solid relationships with all their suppliers. This truly is the finest beauty shop in London. Plus, they provide amazing hand massages during events. Their events are a blast and a whole lot of fun; I highly recommend checking one out if you get the opportunity.

What an amazing experience! This was my first facial ever, and I scheduled a 40-minute session with Karen. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease and well-informed the whole time. She even provided a blanket to keep me warm! The vibe of the place was just right. I was a bit anxious about noise, but Karen made sure to close the shop during my treatment so we could have some peace. The atmosphere was perfect with soothing music playing in the background. Since I mentioned I’m vegan, Karen was careful not to use any products containing beeswax or honey - really thoughtful of her. Plus, she followed up with an email listing all the products used in the order they were applied - I really appreciated that!
